Start Your Day the GR8R Way
Join GR8R Than Fitness founders Molibi Maphanyane and Fresh Prince every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday at 5:30 AM for high-energy bodyweight and cardio conditioning sessions at Urban Lifestyle Physiotherapy, Phase 2 (opposite CBD).
These sessions are designed to help you build strength, improve endurance, and start your day with momentum. All workouts are equipment-free and accessible to all fitness levels, making them ideal whether you’re just starting out or looking to maintain your edge.

Time: 05:30 AM (Monday | Wednesday | Friday)
Trainers: Molibi Maphanyane and Fresh Prince
Focus: Bodyweight strength, cardio, and functional conditioning
