Embrace the Season of Rebirth with Us

As spring breathes fresh energy into our cyclical journey outward, as it a time of rebirth and renewal. We invite you to gather with us in Communitas. This special Women’s Circle is a sacred space to use your winter’s self-nurture wisdom to rejuvenate and rebirth your Embodied Interconnectedness.

We call you to Honour Yourself by remembering the profound importance of Connection as an intrinsic part of weaving an Authentic and Vibrant life. This half-day retreat is designed to guide you back to your center through mindful movement, insightful learning, and heartfelt sharing.

Your Journey for the Morning

  • 8:00 am: Pranayama (breathwork) and setting your Sankalpa (heart’s intention).
  • 8:30 am: Yoga Asana practice with a focus on cultivating Self-Compassion.
  • 9:15 am: An inquiry into Ritual and how it can be used to invite deep Connection.
  • 9:30 am: Nourishing break with Snacks, Golden Milk, or Ayurvedic Tea.
  • 10:00 am: Opening the Circle. A session on reconnecting to your personal power and mindful engagement through practical kinesiology.
  • 11:15 am: Communitas Sharing – The heart of the circle.
  • 12:00 pm: Closing the Circle.
  • 12:30 pm: Shared Sativic Ayurvedic Lunch (Kitchari, ghee-baked vegetables, herbal tea).
