This sacred Women’s Circle invites you to gather in communitas — a warm, nurturing space where you’re gently guided inward through breath, body, sound, and stillness.

Through a thoughtfully curated journey of Pranayama, Yoga Asana, Nidra, and Somatic Therapy, we will explore the connection between self-care and self-remembrance, allowing you to reconnect to your deepest inner wisdom.

What to Expect:

Practice :

  • Pranayama & Sankalpa (Intention setting)
  • Gentle Yoga Asana focused on Self-Compassion
  • Yoga Nidra to access deeper layers of self

Learn & Explore:

  • Group practices using touch, sound, and movement
  • Tools for vagus nerve stimulation and nervous system regulation
  • Insights into neuroplasticity and emotional healing
