8.30am Yoga Asana with focus on Self Compassion.
9.15am Yoga Nidra to connect to 5 layers of Self and deepen your Sankalpa.
9.30am: Snacks and Golden Milk or Ayurvedic Tea.
Opening of Circle
10.00am: Talk and group practices using touch, sound and movement around vagus nerve stimulation/nervous system regulation and neuroplasticity.
11.15/30am Communitas Sharing
Closing of Circle
12/12.30pm Sattvic Ayurvedic Lunch:
Lentil and Fresh Herb Soup, Carrot, Beetroot and Fresh Herb Salad, Mung Bean Pancakes.
