1.3. User Accounts: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You agree to provide accurate and current information when registering. You agree to use a unique username and password that you do not use on any other sites, You also agree not to share access credentials for your account with any other person.

2. Order Process

2.1. Placing Orders: By placing an order, you make an offer to purchase under these Terms. Orders are subject to acceptance and availability.

2.2. Payment: Payments must be made in full at the time of purchase using the methods provided at checkout.

2.3. Order Confirmation: After you place an order, you will receive an email
confirmation. This is not an acceptance of your order but an acknowledgment that we received your request. We will notify you when your order has been shipped.

2.4. Order Cancellation: We reserve the right to cancel any order for reasons
including, but not limited to, suspicion of fraud, pricing errors, or product
unavailability.

3. Product Sales

3.1. Products Available: Our store offers fitness apparel, supplements, and fitness equipment. Descriptions and images of products are intended to be as accurate as possible. However, GR8R cannot guarantee that all items will be free from minor variations (e.g., color differences due to monitor settings).

3.2. Products Do Not Constitute Health Advice: GR8R Than Fitness makes no
claims about the effectiveness or safety of the products on its website. We have picked these products because we believe in them, but we do not make or manufacture them, and we are not responsible for vetting the quality of any particular product. Any product that promotes physical activity, nutrition or general wellness you must take at your own risk and with the advice of a healthcare professional if appropriate.

4. Shipping and Delivery

4.3. Invalid Address or other Shipping Issues: If you provide an invalid address, are not home to receive a package after reasonable attempts, or otherwise are not able to receive a shipment, you may request reimbursement minus the cost of shipping and handling.

5.1. Service Description: Services available through the GR8R Than Fitness
platform (e.g., personal training sessions, fitness programs) are delivered either in person or online. Services are provided by third party providers, unless expressly communicated otherwise.

5.2. Third-Party Providers: All trainers or other third-party providers are
independent providers. GR8R Than Fitness is not liable for their performance
or advice. Third-party terms will govern these services.
Before engaging in any physical activity or making any changes to your diet or lifestyle, we recommend seeking advice from your relevant health care professional. Never disregard any advice from a health care professional because of something that you have watched on our website or heard from a trainer. If you are injured or hurt by the actions of these independent third parties, GR8R Than Fitness cannot be held responsible for any costs associated with that injury. While we try our best to identify engaging and qualified trainers to help make your fitness journey more successful, it is ultimately up to you, and your doctor, to decide what fitness regime is right for you. All training is done at your own risk.

6. Ticket Sales

6.1. Events Hosted by GR8R: We may sell tickets to events such as fitness
workshops or retreats. Tickets will be subject to availability, and ticket holders must comply with the event-specific terms.

6.2. Third-Party Events: GR8R Than Fitness is not responsible for events hosted by third parties. Any issues (e.g., event cancellations, refunds) should be addressed directly with the event organizer, and their terms will apply.

7. Refund Policy

7.1. Physical Products: You may return any unused and unopened items within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

7.2. Services: Refunds for services such as fitness sessions or training programs will be granted only in cases of technical issues or inability to deliver the service, as determined by GR8R Than Fitness.

7.3. Event Tickets: Refunds for event tickets will only be processed if the event is canceled by GR8R Than Fitness. For third-party events, refund requests must be directed to the event organizer​.

7.4. Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact us at return@gr8r.fit. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

7.5. Refund Process: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you. If approved, a refund will be processed within 60 days, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

GR8R Than Fitness values your privacy and is committed to protecting your
personal information. This policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your data.
