Whether you’re a beginner or an experienced player, these two‑hour sessions are designed to build fitness, teamwork, agility, and most importantly, HAVE FUN in a welcoming environment.
Each session includes warm‑ups, team rotations, and full‑field games. Players of all fitness levels are encouraged to join—Ultimate Frisbee is fast, inclusive, and one of the best ways to stay active while meeting new people.
