Members can download each video twice during the month, and every download remains accessible for 2 days from the moment it is initiated. Videos are delivered in a format suitable for at‑home or on‑the‑go training, allowing you to build strength, technique and conditioning on your own schedule. Subscription access is strictly tied to an active membership. Once your subscription ends or lapses, video access stops immediately. Training sessions, packages and subscriptions do not include gym access, facility use or equipment. Any kettlebell or training tools required for these virtual sessions must be arranged and paid for separately.
