The Fitness Groove Experience

Fitness Groove is more than a workout offering. It is a shared movement experience that encourages people to show up for themselves, explore different ways of moving, and build strength and energy within a supportive community. Through dance, strength, and connection, Fitness Groove continues to grow as a space where fitness feels human, enjoyable, and empowering.
Bells by Moddigy – Strength Training @ MAP is a group workout focused on building strength in a way that feels approachable, empowering, and sustainable. While the class welcomes everyone, it is intentionally designed to feel comfortable and encouraging, especially for those who may be new to strength training or returning after time away.
Using kettlebells and body‑weight exercises, each session targets the whole body with an emphasis on control, balance, and functional movement. The class is guided with clear instruction and thoughtful pacing, allowing participants to move with confidence and focus on progress rather than pressure.
The atmosphere is supportive and motivating, making it easier to stay consistent and engaged. Many participants appreciate that the class prioritises good form, steady strength gains, and body awareness over intensity for intensity’s sake. Whether your goal is to feel stronger in daily life, improve posture and stability, or complement other fitness activities, this class supports long‑term strength and confidence.
Bells by Modiggy takes place every Wednesday evening at 17:45 at Maitisong Studio (MAP) and costs P50 per session.
