The Morning Kettlebell Virtual Class with Obi is a live, coached session designed for people who want to start the day with real work, not casual exercise. Led by Obinna Ihenacho, this class uses focused kettlebell training to build strength, conditioning and powerful, efficient movement from wherever you are.

Each session is built around simple but demanding kettlebell fundamentals. Expect controlled swings, presses, squats, hinges and complexes that challenge your whole body. Obi’s coaching style is clear, direct and performance-driven. He focuses on form, effort and execution, helping you get more out of every rep.

This is not a follow-along, soft workout. It is structured training for people who want to feel stronger, move better and build serious conditioning using minimal equipment and maximum intent. The morning format is designed to set the tone for the day with discipline, intensity and focus.

Training sessions, packages and subscriptions do not include gym access, facility use or equipment. Any required equipment must be arranged and paid for separately and is not included in fees. This is a virtual class only and does not include any gym or facility access.

What happens in a typical session?
You will go through a structured warm-up, followed by kettlebell strength and conditioning blocks such as swings, presses, squats, hinges and complexes, and finish with a short cool-down.
Do I need prior kettlebell experience?
Previous experience helps, but it is not required. Obi will focus on basic movement patterns and give cues to improve your technique over time.
Can I join from anywhere?
Yes. You can join from any location with a stable internet connection and enough space to train safely with a kettlebell.
