The women’s circle Mokolodi experience is a guided half day journey designed to support self care, embodiment, and authentic connection through yoga, pranayama, Ayurveda, and shared presence.
As winter invites a natural turning inward, this women’s circle in Mokolodi creates a structured space to slow down and engage with practices that support both physical and emotional wellbeing. Participants are guided through a carefully designed sequence of breathwork, movement, reflection, and nourishment, allowing for both active engagement and restorative stillness.
Facilitated by Adriana and Mandy, the experience integrates yoga asana, pranayama, intuitive somatic practices, and Ayurvedic teachings. These elements are combined to support nervous system regulation, emotional resilience, and mental clarity while maintaining accessibility for beginners.
What to expect from the women’s circle Mokolodi experience includes a progression through multiple guided practices. The morning begins with pranayama and Sankalpa to establish intention. This is followed by a yoga asana session focused on cultivating self awareness and self compassion. Participants are then introduced to an embodied exploration of energy awareness using Reiki as a reflective practice.
The experience continues with time for rest and nourishment through snacks, golden milk, or Ayurvedic tea before opening the circle. An introduction to Ayurvedic daily routines follows, offering practical tools that can be integrated into everyday life to support long term wellbeing. Participants are then guided into a Communitas sharing space that encourages connection and reflection within a structured and supportive environment.
The session concludes with a Sattvic Ayurvedic lunch designed to support digestion and vitality. This includes warming kichary with herbs and spices, spiced rice, nourishing vegetables, and an agni supporting drink.
What to expect at this women’s circle Mokolodi event is a balance between movement and stillness. The structure ensures that participants are not overwhelmed, while still engaging deeply with each practice. No prior experience is required, and all sessions are beginner friendly and guided throughout.
