Monica, who leads Bells by Modigi, is Botswana’s first female licensed kettlebell instructor. Her strength‑training classes focus on functional movement, proper technique, and progressive strength development. Monica is passionate about helping people feel strong and capable in their bodies, and her sessions are guided with clarity, intention, and care. She is especially known for creating a supportive training environment that builds confidence alongside physical strength.
