The Botswana Women’s Circle is a sacred gathering space created to support women in slowing down, turning inward, and reconnecting with themselves and one another. Rooted in intentional movement, breath, ritual, and creativity, the Circle offers a gentle yet powerful container for embodied connection, healing, and reflection.
Held in nature and guided by holistic practices, the Botswana Women’s Circle honours the cyclical rhythms of life, seasons, and the feminine experience. As winter approaches and the call to journey inward deepens, the Circle invites women to pause, listen, and reconnect with their authentic selves through presence and shared experience.
Each gathering weaves together purposeful movement, intentional breath, yoga asana, pranayama, savasana, ritual, ceremony, and creative expression. These practices are offered not as performance, but as pathways to self‑remembering—supporting participants in grounding into their bodies, honouring their breath, and recognising their interconnectedness with others and the natural world.
The Circle is facilitated by experienced practitioners in yoga, Ayurveda, intuitive somatic therapy, and holistic healing, who guide the day with care, depth, and respect for each participant’s individual journey. Through carefully held rituals, nourishing Ayurvedic food, and shared creative practices, the Botswana Women’s Circle creates a space that feels safe, warm, and deeply nurturing.
At its heart, the Botswana Women’s Circle is about connection—to self, to community, and to something greater than ourselves. It is a space to be seen and heard, to rest and restore, and to remember that healing and growth are supported through togetherness.
The Circle welcomes women who are seeking presence, grounding, creativity, and meaningful connection, offering an experience that is both intimate and expansive, gentle and transformative.
